IMMORTALITY PRAXIS, ELEVATOR TO ELSEWHERE, ENERGY CONVERTERS, ANECDOTES
April () 2026
The reason cosmism is so inviting to artists and activists is because of it’s all encapsulating approach to a world-view, that directly points out the interconnectedenss of every system–of all the living–and that to overcome such a system, the system needs to be disseminated, not individual parties. Not protecting people from the truth, but protecting the vulnerable. That’s why I see Fedorov’s writing on the upwards standing position of the homosapien as a position of resistance, an extremely powerful sentiment to recon with. As are the impossibilities he depicts with his ideas of overcoming death and space tavel to collect the atoms of the dead
I find cosmism extremely refreshing because of this quality. That scientists understood that new technologies needed to built, that futurist artists understood that new forms of painterly and linguistic expression needed to be explored, that new political discourse in poetic prose needed to take place and spaces where science and religion enter the same conversation. Mind expansion tools like that of Kozyrev’s mirrors, a style of art that was all encapsulating like that of Illiya Kabakov’s, films by Tarkovsky that fed the observer a completely different stylistic experience and feeling, penetrating thousands. Down to experimenting with a new language that went beyond the barriers of language as we know it with the poetic Futurist experiments of Zaum. That it wasn’t just one thing that needed attention, but a complete recalibration of the modes we think in and the modalities that get us to those new and expansive terrains.
A recalibrated infrastructure. Here we can take the words of biocosmist-anarchist Alexander Svyatogor as inspiration
If we apply this framework
